Acting for Beginners: Improv - Jun 2023

This short course will introduce you to the core improvisation skills needed to think on your feet, create characters and keep your audience engaged. Our Beginners Acting Courses for Adults offer an introduction to acting in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Ideal for those with little or no acting experience, classes provide the chance to explore acting technique in a playful, accessible and practical way. Whether you are an aspiring performer; wish to revitalise your creativity; or simply want to try something new and build self-confidence, you will find our classes fun and rewarding.

Beginners courses introduce you to core performance skills required to get you started and are open to anyone over the age of 18. We limit the numbers in our classes so everybody gets the attention they need and the support to develop at their own pace. ​There is no audition to join. 

We offer five 6-week courses, which run throughout the year - all of which can be signed up to individually and taken in any order.
